This is a conserved site under URA’s regulations, and hence required extensive care and attention to detail. The project brief required us to design the premises under specific guidelines laid out by URA. The site is a house in the heart of the botanical garden of Singapore. My responsibilities included:

  1. Interior design for the all the spaces Including finishes and material selections.
  2. Tender Package preparation.
  3. ID Concept presentation to the Client.
  4. Design Co-ordination with Contractor.

NUS Office for Middle-east Institute

I was involved in the design decisions for selection of materials, furnishings, laminates and color scheme during the design development stage of the Middle-east Institute Office at the National University of Singapore. My responsibilities included:

  • Design co-ordination with contractors during construction stage.
  • Site handover and Site Inspection for rectification works.
